NAVIGATING WITH JOY
Not only will you be developing your own Joy Portfolio, but you will also be learning how to use joy as guidance in navigating your life.
WORK DEEPLY
Enrollment is limited to a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 people, which allows Jeffrey to work more deeply with each person.
THREE-SESSIONS
Throughout three sessions, Jeffrey will guide you in manifesting joy as an experience of living.
TWO FULL HOURS EACH SESSION
Each meeting will consist of 60 minutes of content, 30 minutes of question and answer and, if you choose to hang out, an additional 30 minutes of “office hours.”

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL MULTI-FACETED CONSCIOUSNESS
I am a practicing California attorney, a musician, a poet, a nonprofit leader, and a systems thinker.
The most important thing to know about me is that my spiritual practice is the center of my life, my work, and how I serve. I have been a student of Soul Transcendence, also called the Yoga of the Sound Current or Surat Shabd Yoga, from a young age.
Along with this inner call to know the reality of Spirit within me, I have come into this life with a strong intuition and calling to unconditional service. This intuition has allowed me to assist other people in seeing and releasing patterns that do not serve them so that they may more fully perceive the greater reality of who they are.
