ReTreat into Peace and Presence

We Gather Online

Get the air moving. Renew and refresh!

Nourish yourself with your breath.

Join me in an Oxygen Fest on Zoom and
Calm Down and Lift Up into joy, peace and creativity.

How The Event Will Unfold

The event is interactive (optional) up until the time we do the breathing portion of event. We’ll spend approximately 15 minutes leading to the actual breathing portion exploring what it is to expand past the mind and come to a place of peace. During this time we’ll do preparatory exercises helping the mind relax, preparing you to receive the benefits of the BreathWork. This is also a time to clarify your intention for the BreathWork.

We will then get comfortable lying down and move into the breathing portion of the event. There will be time for optional sharing before we complete as a way to ground the experience and bring our time together to closure.

Please set aside 60+ minutes for the time we will be together. If your schedule permits you may consider setting aside at least 30 minutes after the event completes to be with just you as a way to give space for the experience to continue integrating.

ZOOM FAQs

Q: Everyone is doing Zoom these days. What the hey is it?
A: Zoom is a videoconferencing software that works great for online classes. Go here to download the app for any/all of your devices: https://zoom.us/support/download Once you have downloaded the app you are set up for any Zoom experience you attend on the future.

Q: Is everyone going to be watching me breathe?
A: No … they will be breathing as well, eyes closed. I will be able to see you unless you pause the video transmission. If you are new to BreathWork you might want some coaching from me. If so, leave the video open. Otherwise, you are free to pause the video. Your choice.

Q: Will folks be able to hear me breathe?
A: No. When we get to the BreathWork part of the event I will mute everyone’s sound. Until then the event is interactive. Participation is optional though encouraged. IF you don’t want to participate in the interactive part of the event, send me a notice in the chat box and I will honor your choice. Easy.

Q: Where do I do BreathWork?
A: Your bed is great. A carpeted floor works. Pad the surface as you will be lying down for a while. I prefer your body is comfortable. You will too. Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with further details as to how to set up for the best experience.

Q: How early can I get on the call?
A. I will be there 10 minutes early to greet you and answer any questions.

Q: How late can I get on the call?
A: I begin on time. I suggest joining us before start time as sometimes, not often, getting on can be a challenge. And that is up to you. Most people appreciate getting there before we start.

Once we hit the top of the hour I’m fully in the class and cannot handle technical glitches. I wish I could do both. Alas, my mom was correct. She tried to explain to me when I was a little girl that I can’t be in two places at once. I hate it when she is right.

During this challenging time, Leslie is providing some lovely opportunities to connect with others in order to create calmness, joy, peace and creativity.

I attended the BreathWork event which was very helpful to me, especially to allay some fears that had been creeping in as I observed some around me being ill and dealing with the virus.

Thank you for hosting such a wonderful BreathWork gathering yesterday. I felt so much more relaxed, while also feeling more energetic. Great class and very inspirational.

Just breathing together — how wonder-full!!

I truly enjoyed it and found lovely benefit and found my breath more willing to open up than I anticipated. I almost didn’t sign up because my chest felt so tight with a pollen/allergic reaction I often experience at this time of the year. “What an unfortunate time of the year to have this sensitivity to my lungs”, I couldn’t help thinking.

However, now I am grateful to find the blessing of my breath. Thank you.

Loved it!!! Just what I needed.

While I love being with you in person, the format is so convenient.

Breathe into Peaceful Presence

Calm Down Lift UP

Into more ease, peace and relaxation.

PEACE IS PRESENT

Get off the hamster wheel. Come back to the stillness within. Take time for just you to slow down and quiet. Give yourself a digital sabbatical.

TAKE TIME FOR YOU

Allowing yourself a moment to pause and reset leads to greater ease, productivity and enhanced well-being.

BIG REWARDS

Less stress => more joy and peace of mind.

BREATHE INTO PRESENCE

Let go of struggle, stress and urgency.

Thank you for a wonderful day. It was just what I needed and I’m glad I came. The group of woman gathered was just perfect and your teaching was superb. I could see you were enjoying yourself and truly in your gifts. Thank you for doing all the work of developing your programs, workshops, books, newsletter, FaceBook, classes etc. and sharing them with us. I appreciate the growth I have experienced since meeting and working with you. What I love about the Breathing in the Country—listening to what Spirit has given you to share that day as well as joining others sharing our goofs as well as our triumphs. I appreciate being held in your sacred  space (symbolically and physically). Thank you for sharing your wisdom, honesty and struggles in your own journey. It is priceless. You have helped me in so many ways—I don’t think I even realize the depth yet. I look forward to more to come. (Growing into next).

Owner, Breath Rising

These retreats with the BreathWork benefits the mind, body, and soul in so many ways. I feel the more often I do it the more beneficial it is and the less work it is. Therefore to me it becomes “Beneficial or Healing Breath” not “BreathWork”! An additional gift to be celebrated … the pain in my hip has subsided to the point of non-existent. The Breath brought me that healing!

Retired Nuclear Cardiology Manager

Thank you for helping me (us all) ‘calm down and lift up’.  Bravo for creating that concept — I love the expression because it so aptly describes your mission. This was a great experience of learned and relearned principles. I loved the breathing, the openness of the group, the expanded awareness of presence. Thank you for ALL the energy you expended to make the event expansive, insightful, and uplifting.

The BreathWork session was absolutely amazing. I have not relaxed that deeply and my mind has not been quiet and open in that way in a very long time. After the session, I continued to relax and breathe into what is true in my world and what I want and desire. I felt remarkably calm yet energized. I loved it!

I left the event feeling very “high” or a happy drunk feeling. On the ride home “high’ gradually faded, but the feeling of well-being continued throughout the evening. Feeling free and uncluttered in my mind and body I was able to go to sleep with no difficulty and had a great nights sleep. The next day I felt cleared out in my mind and have been able to stay focused on the things and people that matter now to me, instead of dwelling on the past. Two weeks later I am still clear and open. I feel better appreciating all of my blessings and “being” in the now and making the best of everyday. I really enjoyed the experience and I thank you for making it happen. It was fascinating the way breathing can affect a person. Thank you so much!
