Essence of the Group

This small, intimate group gathers to explore what it is to disappear into Love and live from the deeper truth we are. There’s no preset curriculum. Each session begins with a brief attunement and a check-in, and from there Jeffrey reads the energy of the group, guiding where the Spirit leads. This is a trust walk as we step into the unknown together.

Because the group is intimate, everyone is held and everyone participates. The space self-regulates—no one dominates, and no one is left out. People are invited to share deeply, leading us to a true sense of “we’re in this together.”
